Serious is my middle name Les as anyone who knows me will testify ..... :D

How does threadlock work if you can always open another one? What you need is memberlock or is that cialis.

The way to a man's cock is through his flies when you're having fun...... :yell:

Matt,

Im disappointed to see the course of action you have taken on the 'Ignore Button' thread by choosing to close it.

You alone have decided the discussion is over yet there wasnt anyone breaking any forum rules (after I raised my point) and there was lots more to be said IMHO, much of it was aimed at having a positive effect on the future of your site, neither have you commented on the issues I raised yourself.

Now if you want to treat us all like kids (by deciding what we can/cant discuss) then that is your perogative, afterall you own the forum but I would respectfully suggest it is a mistake, without members you dont have a forum and treating us like kids is a sure fire way of losing them.

Respectfully

Alan :)
So you will be heading off back to your forum that is 10 times bigger than Matt's and run exactly how you want then?

Suprised you have the time to post on here. The other post you made talking about elitism must come from your lack of understanding about your 'very new' sport. Most of the people who you class in your mind as 'elite' are the ones who have been there and done it and are qualified to answer or help by taking the time and answer newbie questions with patience. I am a little taken a back that you refer to them in these terms, if you are a newbie wanting help. Can I suggest that it is not the way to engratiate yourself with them by critisising the owner of this forum where you have chosen to join......no matter how politely you do it.

..............Just saying (politely)

Having read, and re read this thread it's mostly a load of rubbish with the exception of the first page, the rest is quite frankly a load of rubbish.

We could choose to lock it, prune it or just simply delete it.

Just think that when you post you are representing the clay shooting community as a whole, not just SC. We are one of the top clay shooting hits on most search engines, as the site has grown there seems to have been an influx of members trying to cause trouble.

The whole ethos of ShootClay is to connect and enable shooters of all levels to interact irrespective of ability, just a shared love of the sport!

Regards,

Jon.
