Thought I'd see if any one did anything different to the norm as a benefit. After all we don't want to end up with this in the safe!

Sorry I cannot help as there are loads of threads from the last few years. Maybe Matt can help. It is there ...honest....and it has loads of info on it.

 
Search Tim Greenwood in bingle and find articles he has written you won't go wrong like on a pissing wet day separate action from stock place on kitchen roll and soak with WD40

just don't soak the stock in WD40!!!!
I don't like WD40 as a protector legia spray is the stuff you usually see on a smiths bench...

I personally use Legia and i agree keep everything off the stock except some decent wood oil and wax!
