Hodnet , you can use any wad type , best to check out the Beretta World rules which may need amending. Do it now before it is too late.

If anyone wishes to shoot at Hodnet , open practice is Tuesday afternoons from 12 noon  and also there is a 100 bird shoot open to anyone on the first Thursday of every month. Groups of shooters can be accommodated on any day Monday to Saturday by appointment  for private shooting .

I shot last 3 benelli shoots at hodnet and was any wad on those shoots if it's fibre then probably won't bother

The Berretta world has been FIBREWAD for the last few years due to location - east meon and wherever it was last year as they were not shooting grounds - one was a fishery and the other was someone's estate/big back garden.
Why would they specify fibre at hodnet? They won't. I assume it's written in last years rules and it will be updated this year as the location has changed. So keep your hair on folks and wait until the entries open

What's people's issue with fibre wad anyway?

If everyone had to use it, you're at no advantage or disadvantage to anyone else??

Imagine if the Dubai shoot decides to supply everyone with fibre....
