After "lots" of 24's I finally managed my first 25 straight at ABT today  :frantics: pretty chuffed 

I went over to Nottingham & District gun club yesterday with the hope of putting in a reasonable score & making the Lincolnshire ABT team ready for the Intercounties shoots. Everything I've learnt & been told just clicked into place & I shot 96 ex 100 to become the Linc's ABT...

Won the Lincolnshire All Round today at N&DGC !! Slightly chuffed with myself  :frantics: :frantics:

Finally managed to do 100 in a comp (100/294) I've done a few 100's in practice - best is 297 - but never managed better than 99/291 in a comp before - here's to many more  :frantics:

Had my first goes at U/T last Sunday & another today - 75/100 last week 73/100 today. Struggled picking up the fast angled birds - I got them all on my last layout today - but still missed 4 x easy ones ! - by adjusting my hold points to the cross over point (wish I'd read the U/T hold point...

In a couple of weeks time (after our hols) I'm going to tackle OT for the first time - looking for some pointers, tips etc. I'll scour YouTube whilst away, watch what I can and digest as much as my tiny mind can take in?

Had the pleasure of meeting a few forum members over the weekend at Beverly - Philr & his good lady, Paul120 & a mumbling old boy with a bad back who's name I can't remember & his lovely wife !! I haven't shot ABT for a while  & really struggled with the shift from DTL to ABT on...

Is there anyway to adjust/take up a tiny bit of slack in the forend of a DT10 ? The screws are nice & tight but there's a bit of play somewhere.

I have my Blaser AT2 Supertrap set up with the max barrel weights for shooting DTL - now I have started shooting ABT I'm wondering if a lighter set up would be better. I've shot a couple of 23's so far - (only shot 5 x 100's & don't shoot any practice) So over to the pro's for advice !!

I'm pondering on buying a Blaser F3AT2 Super Trap - I shoot mostly DTL. I have a Browning GP Trap at present. I like the idea of been able to adjust the Blaser so it fits me & can be adjusted if I lose/gain weight. I could get my Browning fitted to me - it's currently in off the shelf form...
