    EOpen 2019 at WMSG

Well shot both of you - I'm there tomorrow so wish me luck . - new gun and all for a baptism of fire. Tony did well on the pool, just a pity the CPSA couldn't get his name right on the website clip 🤔🤔

Blimey Will and Sian - not too busy this week-end then. I will catch up with you both sometime if you are going slow enough 🤣🤣

Sporting Shoots; where- and how was it? (2018)

Shot at Owls yesterday - believe me there were some challenging targets not withstanding the weather. Certainly a few stands more challenging than on some days - a couple of midi's with the wind up their tail concentrated the mind somewhat. The general consensus seemed to be everyone who shot...

    Choosing a fibre cartridge

As a Fiocchi user Sian, try the FBlack Sporting fibres in 8's. Every bit as good as the plastic variety, no confetti and leave the barrels clean as a whistle.

EJ Churchill CPSA reg ESP April 6th

Hi Sian, I noticed that yesterday shooting the Classic - one pretty low stand down the Lane layout had a set of small stepladders just inside with your name on.......... ???????

    Premier league at West London.

I managed 59 in C class - not the best score in the world but I felt like I had won a world championship. Thoroughly enjoyed the day even if it was brass monkey weather. I won't be disappointed if it's a tough one again to be honest ??

Do it Wll, I reckon the clubhouse could be full all day .. I'm going - I reckon "interesting" will be the call tomorrow.

Sporting shoots. Where - and how did it go?

I know the feeling Matt. Shot a 70 at Owls yesterday but the wheels also fell off on the same layouts after posting 18 and 20 on layouts 1 & 2. Now I have a thing about close rabbits - I cannot hit them for a toffee. Hit all the fast and distant rabbit on layout 2  but a fat zero on the...

    Changed again

Like most things in life, you pays your money and takes a chance, rightly or wrongly. I have mine set up with one weight in the stock (they supply 2) and all the barrel weights - this suits my style. As bisondan says, one of the attractions of Blaser is the adjustability. I took some time to...

    Both eyes

One eye shut and hitting them has to be better than two open and missing. After today's performance, both eyes shut certainly doesn't work as I think that's what I must have been doing consistently .........

Press Release - The Blaser F16 - a chance to win one!

Hamster, here's a picture that shows the lack of bulge that I referred to in my previous post....

Press Release - The Blaser F16 - a chance to win one!

From what I gleaned from Robert today, main differences seem to be that the F16 isn't built to a modular design so barrels and actions aren't interchangeable off the shelf like the F3 is, also the F16 has reverted to conventional hammer design unlike the sliding hammer arrangement of the F3...

    perazzi mx 2000s &krieghoff k80 supersport & blasr f3 vantage

Can't say that I have heard of or experienced any primer issues with my F3, nor any other issues if I'm honest. If you do go down the F3 route, just make sure the small screws that hold the barrel weights in place don't come loose or you may have difficulty with fore-end removal. Not a problem...

    perazzi mx 2000s &krieghoff k80 supersport & blasr f3 vantage

Agree with Will 100%. I settled on the Blaser Supersport about 18 months ago after trying all three makes and owning Miroku's and Brownings for years. I settled on the Blaser because it was the one I felt most comfortable shooting and it cured my tendency to lift my head in an instant. Took a...
