keep your eyes peeled for news from Shotshow where the new models will be unveiled officially. One of which will be truly revolutionary, so much so that  the technology behind it has been patented! Be at the Shooting Show for the first look in the UK and look out for my first test of the gun which should follow shortly thereafter........ :)

Will be going to the shotshow this year, with an eye on the CG stand, particularly like the look of the Rf model

Every single manufacturer have had issues with their respective models, the first DT10's were horrendous, perazzi's had a batch were the rib would separate from the barrels, both those guns are considerably more expensive then the CG's

So far I have heard more posivtive experiences then bad ones so that should tell you something

I first bought a used Perazzi 26 1/2" skeet gun in 1973/74, it cost me £450.00  it never had rib problems! I have had Perazzi mx8 and mx12 never had a rib problem! why has everyone else had them? :fie:

That's not what was said.

As I read it, the comment was in response to criticisms of the CGs by Zoli. The point being made was that even the better, more expensive guns have had their issues from time to time.

I have taken it that madmatt was referring to the commonly held view that CG had a bit of a poor reputation based on a few bad stories. This is no longer the case ie CG's are indeed fine guns.

No body is bashing Perazzi.

:fie:  NO body is bashing Perazzi!   Wellit seems a little like that to me! :fie:   :fie:

:fie:  I would'et say a Miroku is the most reliable gun out there?but what I would say is that they are the best value for money out there!

Guru, I do believe you could disagree, argue and fall out with yourself mate  :banghead:

Anyway, I'm not going to disagree that Miroku's do seem very good value.

Have had a good look at the cg web site and I have to say they look very nice and a lot of gun for the money.

I feel a new gun coming on I would like to try a high rib again and chop the std dt10 ...yes I know I said I would never have a high rib or an adj comb or a multi again but what the heck.

anyway how does the adj stuff work ie rib, stock etc anyone shot one of the high rib succesfully at trap. How do they handle compared to a beretta. Who in tthe north has full stock.

ps

dont tell les, paul120 or 40up
