Which 28 gram load for Sporting Clays

I am using Hull Comp X 28g Fibre 7.5's.

What are people's thoughts on the above?

Good shell, nice and soft. Not a fan of fibres but that's a personal thing

I use Eley Superbs 7, 7.5, 8 & 9, but as the price is now over £200/k I think I'll be switching to a cheaper cart - maybe Eley Blues or RC 2's when my current stock runs out. For choke I use I.C and a quarter or something fairly light. Met Peter Wilson at a show recently and he said he used RC4's.
