FITASC entry

Scenario

My brother wants to shoot FITASC at Hicknaham Farm but is not a member of the CPSA but is a member of BASC.

As this event is not organised by the CPSA and they have nothing to do with entries, can anyone think of a reason why he cant shoot it?

Unless FITASC require him to be a member? I joined up to the FITASC site and that required my CPSA number but maybe another association is ok?

apparently BITCSF require you to be a member of your home organistion but the British association of shooting and conservation doesnt count
