Tattishall lodge closing down

The above ground has announced it will close next month, despite strong support from the local gun shop.

It was great little shoot and I’m sad for all involved tbh.

Second one in a week, Shrove Hill in Essex also closed earlier this week, that one with immediate effect.

No reason stated, although it was stated that noise wasn’t the issue.

Financially unviable I would guess?

One of the recent posts on Facebook suggests they're looking for other shooting ground opportunities.

I'd guess the land owner cancelled/didn't renew a lease. Similar with Shrove Hill in Essex, someone said the ground there had been sold.
