Because at the moment they do not have a membership. It is only an 'organisation board' for GB teams and selection shoots (plus making some other silly decisions....not having any robust policies in place and generally in the job of rounding the waggons when there is any trouble...you can notice them as the ones in the Ostrich position).

When it was mooted to be able to be a just a member of just Bictsf.......the other home countries went mad.....knowing they would loose all their FITASC and ISSF competition members (max 1010).
