Interesting one this... so wounded cock bird at end of season gets up infront of keeper holding sect1 shotgun .. there will only be one outcome..

You can shoot pests and vermin with a section 1 so that is another issue as certain birds in certain circumstances are considered pests or vermin. Badly written act as usual no common sense typical rubbish that the shooter has to work through.
