Hi from Essex

Hi all,

I’m a newcomer to the sport.
have been shooting on other people’s guns for a while and have finally got my license and my own gun.
my nearest club is Fennes.
At the moment I’m trying to get there about twice a week. I’ve a lot of time on my hands at the mo as I am an engineer in the entertainment industry and at the moment cannot work.
I do pop over to High Lodge near Lowestoft every now and again.

Hi andy, welcome to the forum. Fellow Essex shooter and fennes is also very local to me. For some variation if you’re inclined to shoot competition give barrow sporting clays a look, Clacton gun club is also worth a visit. Enjoy the forum

Hopefully Fennes will be open again soon but might well try Clayton gun club for a change...

Hi again andy, I shot yesterday at a new ground located between Harlow and sawbrigeworth called redricks....also worth a visit
