My partner and I took up clay shooting 3 months ago. I come from a shooting background (rifle shooter working in the defence sector) but my partner had zero experience with guns.
I just wanted to say what a lovely bunch of people inhabit the clay shooting world. Everyone has been welcoming and very helpful. The CPSA have also been a pleasure to deal with. It has been great to have a hobby we enjoy together.
We are now shooting registered DTL and the occasional skeet and sporting.
We shoot mainly at East Yorkshire which have been very helpful and accomodating to us. A great all round experience!
