I had my gun fitting at stephen and son yesterday and can officially say I new nothing about gun fitting.( well what I thought was incorrect). The lop needed to be increased with slight cast on added. All done with the adjustable comb and thicker recoil pad .trigger was also moved forward...

I'm thinking increase the drop at heel (to stop me lowering my cheek to the stock ) and a possible adjustment to lop.. but who knows! Guess I better book an apointment and see what they say.

Have got 1250 12 bore 28g fiocchi official sporting (unopened flats) a mixture of 7.5s and 8.5 + 7 boxes of 25s That's 1425 cartridges total . £350 I think it roughly works out as £62.50 a flat or 25p a cartridge (i could be wrong on that) Must be able to collect ( am in luton)or meet...

Just paid £253 for 1000 eley blues fibre 24g (not good. I remember not buying these on principle when they went up to 217/1000 )

Absolutely packed at sporting targets earlier today ,so prices not having an effect yet, Though the guy infront of me in the shop wanted 250  30g no 5 shot game cartridges  When he found out the price (£109)  he only took 1/2 125

Maybe shops upping there own % profit on the back of manufacturers  rises.  Very easy to say  x put there prices up how do we the end users know by how much ??
