Sad to hear of the imminent closure of SW2000 SG. A Premier Plus venue and, since the closure of Mid Wales SG, the only one in Wales. Thoughts are with the many Welsh competitors that are rapidly running out of venues at which to shoot.

Confirmation from a supplier today that cartridge prices will be increasing 10-15% in around a month’s time. Price rises will vary slightly between manufacturers.

I’m hearing that Vic Harker (of gun review fame) passed away a few days ago. Although best known for his reviews in Pull and Clay Shooting magazine he had a long and proud involvement in the sport having worked for several gun and cartridge manufacturers over the years. A sad loss to the sport.
