Hello everyone,

My first post here to say hello. I’ve decided to take up clay shooting, and am currently having lessons at Sherington Shooting Ground while I await the arrival of my shotgun license. I will have loads of questions, but for now I will lurk and read around a bit.

A quick update.... I have had about 6 lessons so far, and am seeing some improvement... frustrating at times, but practice, practice, practice... My shotgun certificate came through last week, so I have purchased my first gun - a Zoli Z-Sport, which is the gun I have been using in all my lessons and one that seems to fit me well and feel good in my hands. My gun should be at the shooting ground ready for my next lesson on Saturday, so really looking forward to it!
