The new ShootClay Calendar is now running - selected and approved ground owners will be able to add their own events. The calendar is public – so no membership is required to VIEW your events, which will pull new members into the forum and then to your events when they see that people are attending.
We have a very simple process for adding your own events:
Open the calendar from the Navigation Bar :
Click the 'add event' button :
Complete the form :
NOTE : Initially all events will be held for moderation by ShootClay - just so that we can get used to the flow and how people will manage this. We'll relax that when we see people getting things right.

- For event title - recommend following format : shooting ground, xxx discipline reg (e.g. AnyTown Ground, 100 ESP REG or AnyVillage SG, 100 FSP)
- Unclick All Day Event if you want to put specific times
- Click End Date if your event is spread over multiple dates
- Leave 'Add to calendar' as is
- Click 'Request RSVP' on - this will enable the social aspect
- Then fill out some details - Prices, Bacon Rolls, Prize Money anything special.
- If you have a flyer or information - it can be attached by clicking the paperclip button below, and inserted into the post
- Finally - click 'Add Calendar Events' at the bottom
