Big thanks to everyone that sponsored this weekend - including the two cash donations at Gunsite - much appreciated people. The swim is next weekend, and Mrs R did a 70 length training session yesterday, two more training sessions and then the real deal on Saturday - I will be there with Junior Matt to count the lengths.

At least I know that one person in my house will achieve a 100ex100 in their sporting endeavours!
