I see over on FB, the CPSA have announced that the 2023 World ESP Champs are to be held at EJC again. This time it will be run from Monday to Saturday, with booking opening on 1st December.

Where do you draw the line on the cost of clay shooting? With the announcement in the last few weeks that there is a price increase in the cost of cartridges, I now see that EJC are to charge £45 for registered comp, and £40 for birds only. 

I see the Beretta world is being held at EJ Churchills this year. Thursday 17th to Saturday 19th June. 120 targets over 14 stands.

Just been watching a video of GD at CCI clays. As of the beginning of October Coal tar pitch has been banned by the ECA. This means the end of the clay target as we know it. CCI have already started production of the new resin clays. Brace yourself for the price increase.

Anyone shooting the Pro One at Barbury this weekend, and travelling from the London direction, be aware that the M4 will be closed all weekend between J5/J6. Starting from 20.00 Friday 31st July until Monday 0.600 3rd August.

So the premier league (southern section) kicked off today at EJC, and the (northern section) kicks off on the 1st March at Orston. With 59.5% of the places taken up in the southern section, and just 39% in the northern section, less than 50% over all, yes there is still time to register before...

Been up to Greenwood gunsmiths today to collect my old 682 Gold e. Some years ago I took some bad advice on gun fit, so much so that I put my beloved Beretta in the cabinet and just left it. Shot the next few years with a multitude of different guns as one does. So at the beginning of the year...

I will probably have a go at this one, as there will be no silly qualifiers, and is within striking distance this year. Interesting that it is 9-12 May (Wednesday to Saturday) no Sunday. Probably something to do with planning permission.
