My girlfriends daughter Evie was 14 when she started and is also quite small, I started her with a 12 gauge beretta and hulls brilliant 21gram shells with no problem at all, soon moved onto 24gram pro ones and now after 12 months she shooting 28gram pro one DTL's a very good soft shooting...

Stick to the ultra and don't change a thing, if you shoot it well there's no reason to change it. after all trap targets are just going away sporting birds.

Impossible to tell without watching you shoot but it's probably something fairly easy to sort out. The best thing to do is book a lesson with a good quality coach/instructor.

Use them all the time for practice on sporting and skeet, not much room for error so good for focusing the mind and making precise shots. As yet never needed them in a competition ?
