Yes the day did eventually arrive a couple of weeks after my last post and after I contacted them and asked what the complaints procedure was. It arrived 2 days later.... Still not bought a gun in fact it was a bit of an anticlimax as I got my license and completely lost my shooting mojo...

Hey Luke good to hear of others from the area. Can you recommend any good grounds to visit in the locally? Been having a few lessons in York unto now as thats where a friend goes. Deano

Yes I only got my FAO visit after phoning them and i tried to call them yesterday but went straight through to voicemail so left them a very polite voicemail asking for them to call me back....they didn't but Ill try again Monday.

Today wasn't the day only junk mail for me today. I'm in `South `Yorkshire Finners, appears to be one of the most back logged counties around at the minute.  Maybe next week... ON the bright side the gun kitty is growing each week.

Hi Everyone, I applied for my shotgun certificate way back in September and had my interview 3 weeks ago. Now waiting not very patiently for the postman to turn up. Could today be the day? Hope to be sharing much more interesting posts in the near future.... Dean (aspiring shooter)
