Is the Surrey CPSA website no longer ?
I often look on it but it hasn't changed in months.
Glad I saw this post, how does communication normally take place ?

We had to rebuild the site earlier this year so it is now surreycpsa.org
If this was the one you were looking at I think the last update was October following last competition
Now we have the new site we will be trying to use it better next year
I know it took a lot of effort by a certain committee member to get it up and running and after he did it they changed something technically and he had to start again
Not suggesting it is perfect but as you know all done in spare time if we have any !
