any suggestions where I can  trade my 2 guns in for a fabarm sporter  and get a fair crack of the whip  so to speak ,  my  beretta  pig is mint ,   my miroku trap gun is sporterised   choked out  and a sporter stock fitted vgc  though  , I live near grantham lincs .. ?

to be honest no , I thought I might get a better deal at a shop , secondly  I am useless with computers , pictures etc  , I am still struggling  with a bic biro pen . :haha: :haha:

hmm pig of a beretta and a ruined trap gun.... I'll give you £50 for the pair, Or get someone who knows about computers to put them up for sale shootbay and gunwatch are free.  price them cheaper than nearest spec/age condition on guntrader and get at least one sold before going to dealers to buy. By all means get a P/X price for 2:1 from dealers but cash is king.

Sell them privately. Failing that try Linda at Orston SG or Derek Lee.

If you're getting the Fabarm from an RFD, ask whether they'll take your two in part-ex? The rate you'll get may not be as good as of you sell both separately and privately, but the cashflow might work better. From memory, Fabarm are linked to/owned by Guerini, so a CG dealer might help you out with a Fabarm.
I nearly traded my Fabarm for a Guerini last week, but resisted.

Why would you want to sell a Beretta and a Miroku so as to get a Fabarm? Most would move from a Fabarm UP to a Beretta or a Miroku!!!!  Sorry, just my opinion of course.

Never had one atb
I've never had one, but I've tried a few! Not up to the standard of Beretta or Miroku unfortunately. The ones I tried kicked like mules and they were fairly light too. I guess most people view them as starter guns, maybe they have improved on them since I tried them, but they are pretty cheap guns though!!!

Dr lector needs his bumps fealing to do this backward move ,I have told him time and time again but he doesn't keep any gun more than 4 months he has just about had them all

never had any problems selling on Guntrader.  A nice clear advert, not major IT skills needed.

Was offered £2K for the last gun I sold, got £2.8K privately no problems, and the bloke got a good deal too.

trade in's seem to be ridiculously low on my experience lately.

purchased a new a400 excel to shoot Beretta world shot approx 500 cartridges.

went back to the same dealer and enquired about purchasing a 486...trade in offered 550gbp less than i paid.

just total greed wanting to make a profit on the new gun...no discount as trading in and profit on the old with the ridiculous trade in offer.

don't think i am likely to buy a shop new gun in the forseeable future.

shame really as i had some money to burn.

Money to burn . I think you may need your bathroom updating #bathroomporn www.AQUANERO.co.uk

Hahahahahahaha

If you click on the link "we also like a nice cup of tea" on the first page, you will see a very unflattering me

Joking aside, depending on where you go, i do believe you can get some fair prices in shops, although you will always get a better price privately....take it to a few shops and see what they all think! I did that with my first and second gun to get an average price! I guess with shops being a business, they have guarantees, overheads etc etc so if there was problems, you can take it back, privately you can't.

i was just pissed off that i spend quite a lot of money with them and they were shortsighted enough to offer me a pittance, never mind it's there loss i'll go back to buying guns from oop north where the bargains are.

Beretta will stay in the ever expanding collection and hopefully gain some value,my old 425 is worth more now than i paid for it new.
