In my opinion Express deserve world wide recognition for taking a world class cartridge in the super comp in the mid to late 90's and making it completely unusable in one foul swoop. That takes special skills.

Probably the other way round. Express are now actually owned by fiocchi. Baschieri and pellagri are also part of the group which makes them one of the biggest small arms ammunition and component manufacturers in the world .
