Some time ago I mentioned a petition that was circulating about 'new neighbour' noise complaints. The original petition was started by people in the live music venue business, frequently the target of people moving in next door and then complaining much like shooting grounds.
This report in the Sussex Courier appears to expose a small victory against Johnie come latelty's and what is good for noisy music venues will have a knock on effect for shooting or motor racing or a host of other pursuits.
