I did a 50 bird 'have a go' day there in June. Paul (aka Alfie) was great tutor and a nice fella. Had about 8 stands I think and a new compak one. Facilities were pretty basic but a friendly bunch - probably not worth travelling for, but if it's local, give it a go.

Well, sort of. Hi all, new to the sport after a few experience days and starting lessons soon. I'm in no rush to buy my first gun, but I am naturally narrowing down my options. Is anyone aware of any shooting grounds that have a decent range of demo / training guns to try? Or decent gun shops...
