It would have been nice if they could have used the period when they’re not doing home visits to clear the backlog as best they can. I’m resigning myself to not getting my SGC until late summer, perhaps the autumn. 😒

Thanks everyone. All good advice. I live in London and was told recently that the Met (in marked contrast to TVP) are pretty efficient with processing applications. Obviously at the moment they’re not accepting them.  Jim
