I shoot in beretta race glasses they wrap around the back of your ears and sit very nicely on you face.

I find if I have a full fry up I'm sluggish and don't shot my best so iv just started having toast or a little bacon sandwich. 

Vest and a cartridge bag for me all my carts in the bag then just take what I need out and in my pockets. I found all the carts in my pockets rolled my shoulders forward and messed my mount up. 

I do this from time to time I got told it's because the barrels block the veiw of the clay on a r/l so you lift your head slightly to try and find it.
