"with a focus on brand exposure and business development." same old obsession with money and not with the quality of the event...i do hope that one day someone comes along and gives the shooters what they want and not the pretend businessmen on the board.We will eventually end up with millions in the bank because they refuse to spend any even when they have a guaranteed monthly cash flow.

 
Yup, It talks about ““growth” being at the heart everything we do” but there’s no mention of ensuring customers are retained and happy. No good setting targets to grow your membership at the top if you’re losing it out the bottom. Could be an interesting role, but wonder want that “growth” plan looks like?
