    New Beretta 694

I bumped into lloyd pattinson on Sunday with a 694 over his shoulder. It was a press gun from gmk. He was preparing to do a round with it for his soon to come review. I had a brief look at it and shouldered it to see how it fit me. It felt well balanced . I would have liked a few shots with it...

    New Beretta 694

@Westward , you could be right. The magnus is all the gun I need. Patterns well, copes with recoil well. The only thing I hate is the sharp bit on the forend and have to wear a glove.  The forend on the 694 is a work of art in my eyes

    Hello to all

The last one ever or just for the winter months. Thimbleby is a good ground for sporting but the is one thing I don't like is that people can buy 200 clays and just stand there and shoot 200 clays one at a time if they want. I like setups where you shoot 8 or 10 then move on to the next stand...

    Hello to all

Hi Maria. Thanks for the welcome. I mainly shoot at Spennymoor & District which is near Fishburn. I shoot there because it's not too far from me, its open on Sunday mornings and Wednesday night's and the sporting layout is changed around pretty regularly. I have also visited a place near...

    Caesar guerini invictus system

Shoots nice I don't think I feel as much recoil compared to miroku. The pad on the CG is thicker than the Miroku so that's maybe why. First time out I shot 100 and scored 63 which I thought wasn't too bad as I'm usually around mid to high 30s when I shoot a round of 50. Second time out I only...

It is a pretty descent fit for me. If I close my eyes and mount the gun then open them again I'm more or less in line with the rib.

    Jocker again.............

The rfd where I buy my cartridges are pretty good on prices so I wouldn't buy jokers anyway. I only had them because they were part of a deal. I had read about them being reclaimed shot so I was curious to see what lurked inside. Could it be possible for muck and stonefrom the ground to get...

Yeah I went for the sporter. I tried both the 30" and the 32" and to be honest the 32" felt better in my hands. I suppose everyone is different. I'll grab some photos tomorrow Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

    Jocker again.............

Split open a jocker to have a look and these are my findings. The wad had been pressed in and folded over on itself so the shot wasnt actually sitting in the cup. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk The shot was deformed and of different sizes... well worth the money

    Noobie from Northumberland

Hi Midlife. I've shot at Steve Smith's a few times and to be honest it's just the same old traps in the same old places year after year. I now mainly shoot at Spennymoor and District. They cater for everyone and the sporting layout changes every couple of weeks and it's only 5 mins off the A1...

Just bought a CG magnus 2 weeks ago and love it. I had a Miroku mk38 30" barrels but I've gone for 32" with the magnus as it just feels better balanced. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
