Caesar Guerini have a go OWL'S LODGE SAT 9th MARCH

Richard I assume you tried the high rib sporter (think it's the Summit Impact), looks a well put together bit of kit. What are your thoughts on these new high rib guns for sporting clays/fitasc? You obviously prefer a traditional rib?

MK38 sporter does it shoot flat or slighlty high like the trap version?

I shoot an MK38 trap which has been Teagued (I use it for ESP) and it shoots nowhere near 90/10, it's far flatter than that...more like 60/40 ish...though there has been a little wood taken off the comb to lower POI a little. It is also the non adjustable comb version and as one poster pointed...

    Fiocchi

I shoot the F Black Trap and also the F Black Sporting (I shoot ESP). I do think the 'Trap' version patterns a bit tighter as some of the posters suggested...and some prefer this. If this is an issue for Sporting then possibly try the 'Sporting' version...I have not really patterned them so...

    Clayshooting Gun Popularity

I shoot a Miroku MK38 trap (at ESP), I just like Miroku guns....though I did own a Beretta when I first started....686 or 687, not really sure.. I have a mate who shoots a Beretta (very well to), his is the only one I've ever shot that I really liked. I'd have to prize it out of his cold, dead...

    Olympic Sporting?

I'd love to see it as an Olympic event but suspect it'll be a long, long time coming. Not sure on the standardising situation really, golf is to be included at the next Olympics and that would be played on a different course every different Olympics....a bit like a different sporting layout...

    What gun now?

Very quick, had mine done in a week.

    What gun now?

Mine is Teague choked also. Nigel Teague told me when I had mine done that they changed the barrels in the newer MK38 trap guns a couple years back, the barrels are lighter in the newer ones and he also said that the factory now does a really good job with the forcing cones and that he didn't...

    What gun now?

I shoot a an MK38 trap for sporting as do a couple of the people I shoot with regularly (actually one uses a 3800 and has been extremely successfull with it). I've found they vary a little bit with comb height, mine needed a little fettling for me but I've shouldered others that were lower in...

Thanks Hamster. I thought I read a review somewhere where it said the Fblue was coming out between an an English 7 and an English 7.5........I could well be wrong with that though. Have you tried the Golden?
