    Thank you but it’s the Teagues I’m after as they are shorter, ive got a full set of browning / briley with my XS pro but need that slightly shorter choke to go into cabinet and gun slip but slip want to retain the extended bit, I know it’s only a few mill but honestly that is all that is needed...

    ported chokes

    I’ve got one in my auto and always have had a 3/8 ported teague or rhino in my a303, I used to have some in my o/u’s but they make such a mess where the chokes meet, had to ultrasonic clean even after 50 fibre wad carts , don’t notice so much on the single barrel auto though

    Choke Choice

    I use 1/2 and 1/2 but, on my fixed choke gun it was 1/4 and 3/4 which is a nice combination , I tend to vary carts more than chokes , so I carry 7.5’s and 9’s

    Walnut oil

    As others have said alkanet oil or linseed oil , or both , there are plenty of compounds already made up , ccl is a good one
