I did a stippling job on an air rifle, using a blunt nail. It worked out OK, I feel. I held the nail in a pair of snipe nose mole grips. Steve.

Bought some Lyalvale Express today 20b 21g fibre. £312/1000 12b 21g Super Light fibre £264/1000 Steve. Steve.

Although I use, mostly, fibre wad cartridges of late, I use Napier Gun Cleaner, in the pump spray, and found it fine. A bronze brush, and elbow grease works wonders. When I used plastic wads, I never had an issue. Steve.

Very impressive under a lot of pressure. That said, not good publicity for Beretta, whatever the issue with the gun. Steve.

A friend of my had the same issue. "very snappy" was his opinion. Steve.

I did have an issue with some Gamebore, 20b. 24g. plastic wad, in 2020. Un-burnt powder was the problem. This from one barrel, after a session. I also had some 21g and 28g  that were fine. I emailed Gamebore, and they credited me with 500 cartridges, to be collected from my local supplier...

I have just had word from my local Ground, that Gamebore cartridge prices have been "increased significantly". No idea on % as yet, but "in line with other manufacturers". Steve.

I bought 5k Lyavale about two weeks ago. They had gone up about £5/k on 12 bore, 21g, Super light, fibre. Third price increase in a few months. Steve.
