My wife has shot her black for 5 years and apart from a sear spring breaking which is the same spring as a DT 10 no problems at all treat the rib with the same respect as a steel one should be no issues.I know of three others that are shot quite hard in my area after chatting with the owners one...
Hi one product I have used for several years are Emtec if in enclosed stands I always use plugs and Sordin muffs very effective .I do not like using muffs in hot weather as they are very hot if possible it is Emtec to keep cooler.

I have had the same problem I removed the comb and retaining blocks and degreased both parts reassembled and haven’t any movement since the stock weights have to be positioned so as not to block the legs of the comb bit of a pain but not difficult
Hi Westley I also remember that and ammo was almost non existent in my neck of the woods our club bought some eley imported from Canada they kicked like mule then Jimmy Ling got supplies of some Gytorp and some others which were paper cased great shells and comfortable to shoot .
Can anyone remember the testing of pattern and shot string carried out on a moving plate I seem to remember there was a full set of tests reported on in a magazine but for the life of me can’t remember too many details
Krieghoff usually have different serial nos on the action and barrels both were recorded on my certificate problem arose when new firearms guy wasn’t sure what to do but sorted in the end with no problems
