I have found an App which is a collaboration of various medical research units such as Guys and St Thomas hospitals and Kings College London designed to report whether you are sick or healthy on a daily basis so that the spread of the virus can be tracked and to help the NHS react to the information.

The App requires completion of a simple online questionnaire through the App which only takes a few moments giving name, age, sex, height, weight, year of birth, medication etc.

There is then a simple daily question as to whether you are feeling normal or not quite right!

Very useful I’m sure but for those like me without a smart phone is there a desktop option?

If the website can't help on that score I certainly can't, I'm sorry.

I think you can probably do it from a computer but not tried it
