There are loading manuals for all of the US available powders on the 'net at the manufacturers' sites. The likely way low pressures necessary for sub-sonic may be explosively problematic in a shotgun. I don't recall ever seeing such a thing in any of the many loading manuals I've referenced in the past 20-30 years.

ELEY MAKE SUBSONIC CARTRIDGES I USE THEM IN MY HUSHPOWER 410 AND 12 BORE BUT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND NOWARE CAN I FIND A RECIPE TO MAKE THEM IF I NEW WHAT POWDER THEY USED IN THEIR SUBSONICS I WOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM JUST TAKE SOME APART AND WEIGH THEM

Subsonic cartridges generally use a powder unquie to that application like the Nobel sport lowsonic powder
