Hi 

I have a (2004) Miroku MK38 fixed choke bored out from full and 3/4 to 1/2 and 3/8.  

Can i use Lyalvale Max Game LST36SG cartridges without damaging the barrels?

I've looked them up and found they are 

2 3/4" (70mm) 1 1/4oz (36g) lead loads with SG size shot (9 Pellets) so they will be ok.

If they were steel. Then No. The shot size is too big.
