Take a look at a podcast I have put together for Trap Shooting, it explains a little bit more about visualisation and how it is used for trap. I am going to add more podcasts in the coming months for different disciplines and also looking at the emotional response controls using visualisation too. There is an interesting exercise nearer the end of it, where you can visualise shooting a line of 5 targets..
