Hereford & Worcester CPSA held a fundraiser at Park Farm Shooting Ground, Ombersley on Sunday 29th September.  There were various other shoots on the same day and we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of shooters that supported us.  We held 50 English Skeet, 50 DTL and 50 Compact Sporting, and there were a number of shooters that entered all three disciplines.  Thirty Six took part in the Compact Sporting with joint winners Chris Moule and Joe Kitson both shooting 47ex50.  In joint third place on 46ex50 are Paul Cerri and Steve Badger.  The Veteran winner is Joe Kitson, Ladies winner Jane Taylor on 40ex50 with Dan Mills winning the Juniors with 38ex50.  There were twenty seven on the Skeet with Joe Kitson, on his usual good form, the eventual winner shooting 50ex50.  Runner up on 49ex50 is Luke Sanders and joint third place on 48ex 50 were Simon Jones, Steve Badger, Jason Taylor and Jane Taylor.  Joe was also Veterans winner, Jane Taylor is the Ladies winner with Dan Mills Junior winner on 45ex50.  The DTL saw the highest entries with forty shooters taking part.  Joint winners with 50ex50 (148ex150) was John Ward and Craig Miles.  Joint third place went to Glen Crowther and Lee Ratcliffe (146ex150).  John Ward won Veterans, Lisa Sanders won Ladies and David Lloyd was the Junior winner.  John and Craig also share the massive silver bowl for 12 months, and we thank Park Farm for donating this trophy.  We held a raffle on the day and the eventual winner was Mike Webb taking home 250 cartridges.  After everything had been paid out the amount raised was £923.  This money will go towards our end of year County awards and to promoting Juniors in the County.  We cannot thank Park Farm SG enough for helping us with this shoot as they all worked tirelessly all day to make sure the day ran smoothly and efficiently.  Our thanks to everyone that came and shot and also to those that stayed until the end for the presentations.  We hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
