i'll wear whatever is the most comfortable.... last Saturday, that was a pair of white  DC skate shoes. wide fitting and flat bottom. the only downside to this was the two lovely black rings that were left on the right shoe after resting the gun.... .

Its sooooo much more comfortable to shoot with the high rib. I have an abnormally long and thick neck so found i was craning my head down on to the Mk38 stock and ending up with a stiff neck. I dont even need to move my head with this one.

off to shoot the Cornwall single barrel selection on Saturday, will be using the new pro trap... seeing as i have never shot in a single barrel shoot before, any pearls of wisdom from you lovely lot? oh, and wish me luck, i have a feeling i may need it! :wacko:

perfectly feasible to swap, but you would need to change the iron work from your sporter forend in to the trap forend as it is a fitted part. hopefully that made sense???? .

well, finally made the final payment on my pro trap yesterday, had a message today to tell me it will be with my local RFD tomorrow. looking forward to going and collecting it on Saturday! will post pictures once I have it. :)

morning all, I know that the 725 game variants don't usually come with a palm swell, but out of interest, do all of the other models come with them? cant seem to find a definitive answer...

agreed, but when you think about it, imagine going to a BIG high bird driven day and firing a couple of hundred 34g 5's through a light SXS... most peoples shoulders would be pretty hammered after that. do the same through a O/U and you probably wouldn't be half as bad. for a small, walked up...
