I bought a ‘ThoMar’ multi dry dehumidifier this week and hung it in the gun cabinet today.  It’s sold as a reusable type, it weighs around 1kg and can be regenerated on a radiator or oven, after absorbing 600g of moisture. Fingers crossed it works as advertised. 😀

I've got Aldi's version...! Might be worth a try after the tar remover.   ...I'm sure I have some tar remover somewhere, I'll try and find it a give it a whirl first. Thanks @diver682

If only I had cleaned the gun!?!?! ...I only removed it from the slip, and gave it a wipe down to remove the finger marks.

It's looks worse than it does in the photo. Sounds like a good plan :) ...I'm gonna tell her I've taken the bulb out as it blew earlier, and I can only replace it at the weekend. This should give me enough time :) :) :)

To be honest, these parts were free [emoji3], that’s the reason it took so long to collate. They were either ordered wrong, or the client had changed their mind. Do you get a good spread of light in your cabinet...? I installed one on one side first (that was my intention) then I was amazed...

Sounds lovely, I hope it makes it to the shoot... My gf made some sloe Gin in 2017 with the absolute intention of giving it away as gifts at Christmas, by placing it in those small miniature type/style bottles.... Its still in the cupboard...!
