Daft question - I have a couple of mates who may want to shoot a Registered Sporting at some point, but who aren't CPSA members. Am I correct in thinking this would be no problem, but they could only shoot birds only? Ta!

Daft question from someone new to sporting... What does it mean when a Reg shoot says 'squadded'? I get that the squad is the small group you move from stand to stand with. I've only shot one reg shoot, and I ended up teaming up with a guy I got talking to in the car park and a couple of people...

I did my first ever registered 100 yesterday at Kingsley Moor, which I enjoyed very much. I'm not going to reach the heights achieved by the good folks on here for at least a couple of years (hopefully), but my aim is to become officially 'C' class this year and try for 'B' class later.

Thankfully, I appear to be Browning's idea of Mr Average. It means I don't have to have an adjustable stock B)

I've seen people shooting from wheelchairs/mobility scooters, so OP, I wouldn't worry about it...

I'd be inclined to agree with you regarding the superfast thing. From my (admittedly limited) experience, I just don't see the point of them. I tried them and saw no advantage at all, they were just noisier.

I shoot a mix of Fiocchi TT1s and Eley 1st Select and Olympic Blues. Barrels seem to be reasonably clean with any of them, just a light wipe through required,

I can rest easy... I asked my favourite RFD and it's £1.50 p/w!

I'm edging a little closer - today I beat my previous PB at English Skeet . I shot a 74/100, up from my previous PB of 63/100. I'm gradually getting better - I hope!
