    Aftermarket High Ribs..

Are there any UK manufacturers of "stick on" high ribs?  Old age and a prop forwards neck means I'd like to experiment with a higher rib, and my effort with balsa wood wasn't a great success!

    Skeet Gun,

Hi, After a gap of about 30 years Im going to start shooting Skeet again just for fun.  My question is I'm primarily a trap shooter, with a trap gun. 30 inch barrels 3/4 and full and a high rib. Now I could change the chokes ( but then I'd forget to change them back for OT)  and  i really dont...

    A question of class.

How do you go about getting a Class  rating in Trap shooting? I assume you have to shoot a few registered competitions, but do you have to do them in all the relevent event, so if Im a C class sporting shooter am I automatically a C class trap shooter?

    practice.

If you're on your own practicing Olympic trap and you miss one, would you just move on as in a competition, or, as i think you can do at Bisley, hit the "clay again" button, till you can hit the thing, even though then you wont get a chance to do the full 5x5 ( I think a max of 27clays is...

    Rules/competition question..

Are there any single barrel competitions (in the uk) where you have to use a single barrel gun? ( not just one cartridge in a double)? I've been offered a Browning BT99  but i cant see when Id ever use it.

    Trap Shooting.

Ok I can now regularly get a 25 straight at DTL, but I've never done 2 consecutively, my mind wonders off and I loose focus and miss an easy one.  Its the same with OT, I can have a round in the 20's then follow it up with one in the mid teens.  Is there anyway to practice concentration?

Hi Frame rate / 4K Camera.

Is it possible, by using a high frame rate camera (GoPro5 maybe?) to see the shot string?  Practicing OT this morning I missed a couple of what i thought simple straight-aways, and I'd love to know where I'm missing them, ( over the top I guess but id like to prove it?)

    Discount quantities.

Guys, If i were to buy 5000 cartridges, should I expect a discount over the 5 x 1000 price, or is a 1000 the max number (multiple) you can get a discount on?

    OT Score's

Guys, Had 4 rounds of OT practice this morning and scored myself ( honestly) using a game clicker.  Scores were 17,19,17,&20 which I was pleasantly surprised by. On 14/3 I'm officially a veteran shooter so i was wondering if I shot something similar in a competition, would I  A: Take home...

    mount.

Gents.. Does it matter where you mount the gun on your shoulder as long as your looking straight down the rib? I have longstanding neck issues and find it most comfortable to shoot with a  high mount and a fairly upright neck. I shoot a reasonably high rib gun with a center bead so im happy...

    Choke remover

Gents, I recently read an article on a universal expanding choke remover in a magazine at the NCSC @ Bisley. Seems just what i need but i cant remember what the thing was called. Can anyone help please?

Guy's as an early retirement present to myself I want to buy one good gun C£7K, question is  I shoot both Trap and Sporting about 50/50, and Im a OK shoot, with no aspirations of Olympic selection! so is it easier to shoot sporting with a trap gun or visa versa?  I'm leaning towards a trap gun...
