I’m not a big changer of chokes, just use 3/8 all the time. On a recent shoot I did put a Cylinder in for a very close target. My question is at roughly what distance does a Cylinder choke become ineffective on either a edge on or full face target? Using 28g and 7.5 shot size FBlu’s.
Have seen that Gallyons are making a english made over and under game gun, whilst well out of my budget, I’m really pleased to see another uk manufactured gun offered.
I read this in a lot of gun reviews, is this how most people set a gun up for ESP? Are there advantages to bring this balance point slightly backwards or forwards of the hinge pin? Or is it a case of just trying it and seeing how it feels when actually shooting?
My renewal is due and obviously now need the GP medical report, what are people being charged for this? My local practice is £100 which feels a little steep!
