not sure this has any relevance, due to the fact the classifications are % based. top 5% AAA next 10% AA, next 20% A, etc. if people generally scored higher all that would happen is the cut offs in each class would be higher, still the same number would be AAA , AA etc

try shooting a long crosser along the line of a fence. ive gone back 60 yrds and the gap from end of gun to clay was something like 4 fence posts for me. some broke the target and said they gave it 8 ft but i know for a fact them fence posts aint 3ft apart!

the system seems to work i cant remember seeing england loosing much over the years :)   so i dont see the point of changing it. i think this year is a bit better as they have split the world and HI selection shoots to give 2 chances at a place for those interested.

tried and failed twice for me, factory chokes patterned better, fitted better and made the gun fit in the cabinet

this is about as usefull as his usual crap about chokes. not sure why i would ever need to pass a mil spec salt spray test :s so where is the metal to metal wear test which is probably of more use on a shotgun

id sell it on and find a better one. as guru said the hook can be built up but having had this done first hand on an old A1 of similar vintage it never lasted and required the same job performing only 5000 ish shells later. as for the engraving of an A1 i would disagree, a fair few year ago now...

if anything fitasc has got softer to attract the masses. i think people would be better off judging there performance not by there total score but by how far back they are from the class win
