Thanks Will, you're right it was Bisley with the Fibres! I'll give the varying thickness pads a go then, a great deal less recoil on the wallet as well.

Totally agree with Simbo. The location is truly stunning and Bob is trying hard to shake it up. I really hope he succeeds! When you are down to your skeet vest and polo shirt, there is no better place to shoot. As the targets can all be shown as a sim pair makes all the difference as well.

Cheers Westley, it recycled the 28gs with no problem and while I was shooting the 21s it sporadically failed to go off. An onlooker advised me to bring the gun in tighter to the shoulder and it cured it. It's not a new gun but still very tight. I will rarely use it with 21gs but I think i will...

I have one of these beautys with 32ins barrels but in game scene. It handles absolutely brilliantly and now I have the balance bang on the hinge pin after changing the recoil pad to a micro core. You will not be disappointed and you are in a great position as the DT11 will shortly be available...

Thanks everyone. I have since learnt that the fibre carts I was using from Hull are "ultra low recoil". I will get some of the "Amber " carts for my wife and try some 24gram plastics for myself and see if that does the trick.
