Sign InHelp Topic: Adding an Event to the Calendar
NOTE - Only ground owners will have access to add events to the calendar, if you want to be able to do this, please contact admin@shootclayforum.com
1. Click 'Calendar' in the top navigation bar
2. Click the 'Add Event' Button
3. Set the Event Title - suggest : shooting ground, 100 ESP REG (change as appropriate e.g. 200 FSP Reg)
4. Set the Start Date - dd/mm/yyyy (or from the calendar)
5. If its a multiple day event - select the 'specify end date?' button and add the appropriate date into the new box.
6. Add to calendar - leave as-is
7. Click the RSVP button on - this will let people say they are coming and build the social aspect of the event
8. Add any details in the main window - price, website link, phone numbers, anything you are trying to sell - we will remove events that don't have any contact details.
9. Scroll down and click add event.
10. For a trial period - the event will sit in moderation for approval by an admin, but we'll get everything live pretty quickly while we test this out!
You're Done!
