I have seen a nice caesar guerini for sale that I am really tempted to buy but it's a right handed. Normally I wouldn't mind as I've always used right handed guns but the palm swell on the CG's are massive.

The question I ask is Can you flatten a palm swell.

You can have the palm swell sanded back and then re-chequered.

You just need to find a suitable stockmaker/gunsmith that can do it for you.

As Simon says you can have them taken down by a decent rock maker. Bit more tricky to add one so at least you're going the right way.

I found the palm swell on the Invictus large at first but I don't notice it now, just feels right.

BUT, would it work for a left hander on a right handed stock though  ???

Palm swell of a right handed gun should not trouble a lefthander as the 'swell ' is open to the elements .

Unless of course you are looking for another excuse for missing.

I must admit, I couldn't see why a right hand palm swell would get in the way of a lefty.

Normally it wouldn't but you can notice on the CG. My miroku is a right handed and it doesn't bother me but I know they are pretty straight anyway.

About £700. I have a number of R/H Ceasar's and I'm a leftie. Not a problem.
