Seems a bit strange but with the world championships just about a month away not hearing anything about it ?

Thats coz its all fully booked, so no need to promote it !!!

I think that it would be good to have publicity about it , it should be our Premier event this year .

It wouldn't do any harm at all to have Fieldsports Britain and the magazines featuring it , interview with Rob Fenwick and Sir Edward Dashwood, perhaps the Course builder about plans . The Americans certainly promote their events.

Ok.........my bad, guess the early days have a few spaces. The Sat & Sun was a immediate sell out tho !!

Abit like making a limited edition gun & then when they all sell, then make some more !!.......

Well if it's the premier event of 2016 maybe some publicity or even a confirmation of entry would be nice ?

If you booked online, did you not get a confirmation email of the booking??

Ditto as per Tiptop, online booking you get confirmation within moments, if you've not got one as yet I'd be looking at the online lists to see if you entry booking has actually been made, and v soon

Thursday 23rd, squad 37, 11.42, peg 4. Quite possible.

This is just getting ridiculous, have had to ring EJC direct to try and find some information on what else is happening pool shoots, side attractions, trade area apart from the main events there the CPSA have put no information out FFS shouldn't this be widely advertised within the community now.

Apparently according to the email just received which is an almost direct copy of the last 3 they have sent added at the bottom there is a 125 bird EJC celebration shoot "just turn up and shoot" they say...no times or other information.

Car boot sales have better information!!

Since last November I've spoken to the CPSA three times telling them that I would like to have a trade stand at the world. They have assured me that my information and email

address have been passed onto Churchill's.

Have heard nothing.............very disappointed.

This is what I was getting at we pay a lot of money entering what is the supposed best shoot yet hear nothing see nothing I hope it turns out ok ?

Perhaps if we go to Churchill's on Saturday drink a few beers and start fighting BBC may publicise the event . CPSA certainly won't.

Not sure what people are expecting here.

If you are thinking mini game fair you may be a tad disappointed. Going on last time the event was here, there will be a handful of various eating outlets and a few trade stands probably connected to the sponsors.

As for sideshows this event is spread over a large area during the week, using the shooting ground and the Churchills estate. With all the different disciplines on through the week I would have thought that there is enough going on. Maybe a pool shoot over on the estate would be a good idea for those that like that sort of thing.

Publicity...Hmm. I don't think the that Joe Public would be that interested to be honest, and as for the shooting community, the competitions are pretty much rammed, with extra days added so the shooters know all about it.
