Hi all,

My girlfriend has been having lessons since Xmas and absolutely loves clay shooting now, she's keen as mustard and usually shoots 2/3 times weekly.

I think the time has come to get her some glasses to hopefully see the clays she's struggling with and also for some eye protection (using clear safely glasses at min)

I've decided to go with Some Rangers due to reasonable price and the quality.

I'm really just wondering how others find either the Falcon pro or Edge models, and also do you prefer Bayonet/skull or Cable.

Cheers :)

They are very good, very hard to notice any difference between those oakleys and Pillar in my opinion, send Ed Lyons a PM, he is the glasses guru

I use the XLW too and find them to be good lens sets are cheap too. I have to say though I have only used Browning glasses before them so could not equate them to any other up market type specs.

I use the ones with the bayonet frame not the ones that hook round you ears

Ranger XLW user myself for past 4 years, have tried Pilla but in my opinion Rangers XLW with Bayonet frames are the ones to go for :hi:

Be careful they do 2 sizes 64mm & 72mm.

Hi

Thanks for all the replies, greatly appreciated.

I'll contact Ed, sounds like the Randolph should be fine by all the great reviews.

Cheers :)
